It’s Krapfen Season!:  Happy Fasching Everybody!  I grew up in a Jewish neighborhood so I have no idea what we’re celebrating…but I’ll just stay quiet and enjoy the donuts. On a related note, I registered just now for my classes for next semester!  The University’s online registration system is so frustrating, but eventually I figured out where they had hidden my courses.  P.S.  I put a curse on the man at Stroeck who sold me this Krapfen.  I specifically asked if it was strawberry-jam filled, and not apricot (which I detest).  Sure enough it was apricot.  Blegh.  I am the only person in this country who doesn’t like apricot.
